QMS UPDATING
Are your QMS records up to date? Are you concerned about NZTA attending but your documents are not in order? I can bring these up to date for you and keep them compliant to NZTA regulations with regular updates.
PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
For the IOs, I can help to ensure documents are compliant and up to date. Additionally, for VIs and IO, I can provide a practical assessment for inspection techniques.
Online WOF Inspector Training Course available. A 12-week, self-paced study course covering VIRM, inspection process, quizzes, scenarios and videos. Mock exam included. Certificate of completion at the end of course. Ideal for those who find it difficult to take time away from the workshop floor, or those who prefer to study at their own pace.
REFRESHER TRAINING
Are your Vehicle Inspectors up to date with their knowledge? Have they had any training in the past twelve months to comply with NZTA regulations? I can provide refresher training with a visual presentation and knowledge quiz, followed by self assessment, or optional full performance review.
WOF INSPECTOR AUTHORITY TRAINING
Do you have mechanics who wish to apply for inspector authority? I can provide WOF training on-site, and assist with their VI application. Training includes an introduction to the VIRM, a visual presentation, inspection techniques and a theory test. This is followed up by 10 weeks of theory practice tests conducted online leading up to their NZTA exam.
